The buyer can get a social media account via Instatradia in 2 different ways.

1. Direct Purchase: The buyer orders the social media account directly via instatradia and then the instatradia team contacts the buyer via e-mail or phone within 24 hours (usually within 1 hour) and delivers all the account information to the buyer.
2. Purchase with an Offer: The buyer can send an offer for a product on Instatradia. This offer is forwarded to the seller by the instatradia team and the buyer is contacted via e-mail or phone within 12 hours at the latest and a response is made regarding the offer. If an agreement is reached on the price, the payment stage is reached.
